1. Setting up:
The Law Office "Mirza Veronica" hereinafter referred to as The Law Office was settled up in Bucharest, Romania in September month of the year 2005, by enforcing the provisions of the law no. 51 / 1995, a law for organizing and practicing the attorney profession, of the Statute for the attorney profession, of the International Conventions to which Romania adhered and of the Deontology Code for this liberal and noble profession.
The Attorney is registered into the Bucharest Bar, affiliated to the National Union of Bars from Romania and he can plead in front of all court from Romania, the exception if the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
2. Experience
The attorney Veronica Mirza has a legal practice of 7 years, before acquiring the capacity of attorney fulfilled the position of legal adviser for different institutions. Also, he graduated a Master into the Business Law at the Faculty of Law from University "Nicolae Titulescu".
3.Organization
In general, the practice of the titular attorney and through the view of the collaborators, it extends in almost all domains of the public and private law, especially it is specialized during the time into the domain of the commercial law, of the business law and the civil law.
The ability to work with people and to be in permanent contact with them makes us to evaluate day by day, makes us to excel on this market field. Our main prerogative is the professionalism, the responsibility, the quality of the services, the creativity, in one word “the science of the law”, all is for the client.
The Office has a strong infrastructure for support: administrative personnel and other categories of collaborators, as the experts in different domains of activity, notaries, legal executors, accountants, sworn translators.
The activity of the office is structured and organized after the model of the important Attorney’s Houses from Great Britain. The working methodology is complex and the practice is adapted to the actual needs.
The activity is focused on 2 main departments: advising and litigations, the latter implies the part of assisting and representation of the client where he requests.
4. Considerations
We are honored and privileged in the same time to be able to benefit of the experience from our predecessors, attorneys with fame of the past time, who formed during all this time the noble characters.
These brave masters generated venerable pleadings in front of the courts. Not just for some times such pleadings became acts of culture and served as examples pf doctrine and jurisprudence.
The legal profession, within the context of the actual development, reported to the daily issue, into a racing world, into which the system of values is not perfect, and the correct and healthy principles almost they don't exist any more, is submitted to some inflections of social order without precedent, and our duty is to make all that is in our power with the purpose of professional fulfillment and continuation, for that into the future, for the case in which the life shall decide that we have professionally confirmed to be able to form on our turn other characters, the succession, between generations even of attorneys being a normal constant of the life.
